I saw this compilation one time while working in shitty indie record stores. A cassette copy of it came across the counter and I thought the title was hilarious. The other schmuck who worked there got first dibs on it and that was the last I saw of the cassette. A vinyl copy is for sale on Scamazon for a mere $100.
